Italian Signage

While in Rome, I noticed a few very unique signs. I often wonder what the signs used by a country tell about the culture of its people. Here are some very unique ones that I found. Feel free to leave a message if you can tell me what they mean.

Ayelet thought this was graffiti, but I saw it all over town. 

Seems like you don't need a sign for this.
